From April through Labor Day, the Bait Shop is open seven days a week, but hours vary by day.  Please call the Bait Shop at 814-694-FISH (3474) and listen to the answering machine for the hours of operation for that day/week.  You may also call Jerry's cell. Timberland Bait has all your fishing needs covered from fishing licenses & trout stamps to waders, rods and reels to a great selection of live bait.

Ice Fishing Tourneys

Thank you again to all of our true grit ice fisherman who participated in Timberland Bait's Annual Ice Fishing tournaments. We had 410 registered tournament entries across both Canadohta Lake (262) and Conneaut (150). Weather was 50 degrees different for the two tourneys.  On Feb. 8 for Canadohta Lake, weather was a balmy -11.  On Feb. 22 for Conneaut, weather was a spring-like 40.  We would also like to thank the volunteers, sponsors, staff and fans of the tourneys, not all of whom fish, but support the tourneys by cheering on the fisherman or through lending a hand, delivering food, helping work the tourneys, or donate items.  We are all one, big Timberland Bait family and we appreciate your support.  We are already planning ahead for next year's tourneys.  Please be safe, and stop by the bait shop to see us!

Antique Fishing Tackle Wanted

---

Timberland Bait wants to pay you for your old lures and antique, vintage fishing tackle. Call Jerry at 814-694-FISH to set up an appointment at the bait shop to review your tackle, or send us an email with a picture. Collecting old lures is just a passion with us. We are interested in all fishing-related tackle including reels, rods, catalogs, advertising, minnow traps and buckets, creels, photos, lure boxes, tackle boxes, etc., not just fishing lures. If you are curious what types of antique tackle we buy, stop in the bait shop where we've got a huge assortment on display.

Timberland Bait Shop is located at 36320 Dutch Hill Rd., Union City, PA 16438 or by calling 814-694-FISH (3474), or Jerry's cell at 814-882-8369.
