The tournament was a great success. Thank you to our loyal customers who we consider part of the Timberland Bait Family. Without all of your support the success of this event would not be possible.

Ice conditions: Ice estimated at approximately 6-7" thick. Temperature was around 30 degrees with very little wind. Overcast.

50/50 Winner: $340.00 Terry Brown, Butler, Pa

Tipped our Daughter Mallorie $20.00 for picking the winning ticket.

Ice fishing is underway at local lakes and ponds, and Van Tassel's Timberland Bait has all your bait and tackle needs covered. We also sell seasoned campfire wood. Call the bait shop or Jerry's cell to check store hours and inventory.

Antique Fishing Tackle Wanted

Timberland Bait wants to pay you for your old lures and antique, vintage fishing tackle. Call Jerry at 814-694-FISH to set up an appointment at the bait shop to review your tackle, or send us an email with a picture. Collecting old lures is just a passion with us. We are interested in all fishing-related tackle including reels, rods, catalogs, advertising, minnow traps and buckets, creels, photos, lure boxes, tackle boxes, etc., not just fishing lures. If you are curious what types of antique tackle we buy, stop in the bait shop where we've got a huge assortment on display.
